Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the injection of KPJ buildings into Al-Aqar REIT.
2. Prepare reports for the Investment Committee, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors.
3. Manage Board-approved projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
4. Provide financial projections and analyses for hospitals and support services to guide strategic planning.

Treasury Responsibilities:

1. Ensure liquidity for working capital needs, managing intercompany cash transfers, lending, dividends, and capital injections.
2. Oversee cash management and maintain banking and financial institution relationships. Develop treasury forecasts, including monthly, annual, and 5-year projections for financing and sukuk.
3. Ensure compliance with internal controls and develop treasury policies.
4. Align treasury requirements with KPJ’s Strategic Plan.
5. Lead process improvements for treasury functions.
6. Recommend financing strategies for new projects and obtain KGMC approvals.
7. Provide technical support for mergers, acquisitions, and special projects.
8. Monitor gearing levels and assess financial risk.
9. Evaluate and enhance cash flow and financing benchmarks for KPJ hospitals.
10. Manage banking relationships and liquidity strategies.
11. Implement interest rate risk management and mitigation strategies.

Others:

1. Prepare presentations and documentation for special projects.

Education:

1. A minimum of 10 years experience in a Financial institution and Service Industry.
2. Qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CPA or any professional bodies.
3. Previous experience in Corporate Finance.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, willingness to act on one's own initiative.
6. Ability to make commercial decisions and gather and present information clearly and concisely.
7. Finisher - the ability to see tasks through to completion.
8. Strategic Thinking.
