We seek an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager capable of working independently to lead the development and lifecycle management of our enterprise network infrastructure products, including DHL Core Network, WAN Connectivity, LAN Connectivity, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and connectivity platforms. You will define strategy, set priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, operations, procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of scalable and resilient global network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for global network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network products and services, from design and development through operations and retirement.
- Innovation & Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, automation, cost optimization, and performance improvement across network services.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, performance, and governance of network services.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure network solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with internal security standards and compliance requirements.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular assessments of network infrastructure risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, application teams, and service owners to ensure seamless integration of network services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in network infrastructure or telecommunications product, project, or service management within large-scale enterprises.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of network technologies including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and cloud networking (Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and translate solutions into business outcomes. Skilled in designing and analyzing cost models for project feasibility and financial decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to senior stakeholders and technical teams. Able to collaborate effectively with global virtual teams across time zones, including outside Asia Pacific hours when needed. Works closely with Architects and Subject Matter Experts to communicate standards and ensure compliance.
- Leadership: Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, influencing organizational outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a structured approach to infrastructure challenges.
- Automation Mindset: Experience with network automation and orchestration tools is a plus.
- Global Experience: Managing global network products or projects with distributed teams is advantageous.
