Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible to assist SSD Line Supervisor to oversee Production area, that covering SMT, Test and Backend.
2. Provide clear, regular communication of production priorities, challenges, and status across the shift to meet production schedules, goals and objectives.
3. Work with Line Supervisor to manage Operators team, routinely provide guidance on career development in your team and regularly conducting performance management, engagement activities and monitor attendance.
4. Responsible for labor planning and allocation between processes, 6S, line cleanliness, tardiness and training.
5. Collaborate with Engineering/Supporting Team to solve day to day excursion, implement line process changes or new implementations for improvements.
6. Periodically audit production adherence to visual aids and standard instructions.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Fresh graduate.
2. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Intermediate level, minimum).
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
4. Must be able to support Permanent Morning shift : 7.00am ~ 7.00pm.

Preferred

1. Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
