About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant (D365 F&O) / System Analyst to join our team at Credential Daxonet Solutions Sdn. Bhd. This full-time hybrid role will be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will play a crucial part in implementing and supporting our clients' Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Analyse business requirements, design solutions, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet client needs.
2. Develop functional and technical specifications for new system developments and enhancements.
3. Deliver end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O, including data migration, testing, training and go-live support.
4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 F&O systems.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Document processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

1. At least 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
2. Experience with Supply Chain modules (SCM) is an advantage.
3. Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, SAGE, Epicor, Infor, or related ERP software will be an added advantage.
4. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
   (Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
6. Familiarity with software development life cycle, project management, and change management methodologies.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
