Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring Corporate Compliance is observed according to set framework
2. Mitigating Potential Risks by ensuring proper user access and verified identity
3. Support and coordinate Digital Workplace and Identity initiatives
4. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team in Identity related topics
5. Accounting for licenses, maintaining related documentation
6. End user licensing and elimination of licensing problems
7. Track monthly compliance reporting and mitigate any non-compliances
8. Administer the assignment and deactivation of software licenses for individuals
9. Tracking contract renewal dates and support renewal processes
10. Update logs, prepare reports and submit to management
11. User Profile Management
12. B2C Integration Skills are a plus
13. Maintain Security and Compliance

To be successful in this role you will have:

1. Relevant degree with a min. 3 years hands on experience in Identity Access Management
2. Exposure to working within a Shared Services/Global Business Services will be added advantage
3. Working knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure B2C, Identity Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, MS Office, ITIL, Service Now, Confluence and Jira
4. Exposed to working with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols
5. Managing user profiles, authentication, and authorization
6. Experience in troubleshooting identity problems, both at the global organizational and technical levels
7. Experience in end-to-end troubleshooting of authentication and authorization
8. Knowledge of software licensing principles, and differences for different countries
9. Knowledge of compliance reporting
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
11. Strong Customer and Business focus
