Currently working with a client in Warwickshire who is looking to hire an Assistant Property Repairs Team Leader focusing on managing a team of surveyors, managing budgets, and corporate risk assessments.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities to help oversee the property repairs service.

1. Manage a team of surveyors
2. Oversee budgets
3. Carry out corporate risk assessments

1. Not essential but relevant degree or HNC/HND is ideal
2. A background in Repairs and Maintenance is ideal
3. A history of property inspections is also desired

3-month contract
Negotiable rate DOE
Potential for hybrid work programmes
Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance.
