My client is one of the leading planned maintenance and affordable housing refurbishment contractors in the South of the UK.
They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Voids Supervisor to cover the Berkshire region.
My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Voids and Roofing / Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.
- To oversee the management and delivery of void property repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are brought back to standards efficiently and within budget.
- The role requires strong coordination and technical expertise to maintain high standards of service delivery in line with health and safety regulations and organizational targets.
- You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager and have previous experience working on Voids properties.
