Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site activities, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.
Keep accurate site records using a tablet.
Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day operations.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
SC Clearance (Essential) - Applications without this cannot be considered.
SSSTS (Minimum) - SMSTS preferred.
CSCS Card (Gold or Black).
First Aid Certification.
Asbestos Awareness.
Experience in occupied environments and strong customer-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
