• Salary £35,200 per annum.

• Ensure a safe working environment and promote a strong health & safety culture.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory, stock allocation, and timely order fulfilment.
• Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams while managing performance and attendance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on people development.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar distribution environment.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control, with understanding of health & safety regulations.
