Job Title: Digital Designer

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Designer with a strong background in both graphic design and web design.

As a Digital Designer, you will work on a variety of projects, from crafting visually stunning graphics and marketing materials to designing and developing engaging websites.

Your Role:

1. Design responsive websites, email templates, and social media content.
2. Build and optimize websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns and assets.
4. Improve designs based on analytics and feedback.

What You Bring:

1. Proven experience as a Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic and web design skills.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite or Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
3. Experience in SEO and digital marketing principles.
4. Creative eye and attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

1. Motion graphics or video editing skills.
2. Familiarity with Google Analytics and UX/UI design.
