A leading insurance provider in Fareham is seeking a candidate for a quality assurance role focusing on testing and analysis. This position offers flexibility in working arrangements and values individuals who are passionate about digital technology and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include executing tests, supporting leadership, and maintaining quality assurance processes. Ideal candidates should have strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, among other competencies.
Working hours: This role is available on a part‑time, job‑share or full‑time basis.
Location: Ideally Fareham, but we’re flexible/hybrid.

The Retail Test Team is part of a wider Digital and Proposition team, working collaboratively to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer outcomes. Our teams are dedicated to various aspects of delivering high quality outputs, ensuring that our Broker partners and customers receive the best possible products and experiences.
The Retail Test Team ensures all changes and system functionalities perform as expected. The team rigorously tests new developments and updates, identifying any issues or incidents to guarantee smooth and reliable operations for our Retail functions.
Reporting to the Retail Automation Test Lead, this role will require strong working relationships with members of the UKGI Pricing & Underwriting Department and other areas of UK Retail, along with collaboration with external parties.
