About the RoleAt ThousandEyes, we are fanatical about design. Our product is built to visualize the Internet and the services that flow across it. The Internet is a massive distributed system with thousands of networks at its core, serving half of the human population. Creating the interface and experiences that bring clarity to something that complex is no small task. By joining ThousandEyes, you and your Product Design team are going to solve data visualization problems at the Internet scale as well as user interactions and needs within the enterprise. You will make complex, technical concepts intuitive and be responsible for the design of broad areas of our product.

LeadThis role is a combination of people management and design work and is scoped for the UK timezone, reporting to the Chief Design Officer for ThousandEyes on the west coast of the USA. As the Senior Manager, Product Design you will be responsible for building and growing our EMEA footprint of designers and researchers as well as being the Product Design Lead for Endpoint, a key strategic initiative. You will also be in close collaboration across Cisco Design as we move forward with initiatives that will build a stronger and more vibrant Cisco ecosystem.
DeliverAs a Senior Manager, Product Design you will work with our customers, engineers, product management, and customer success to determine design requirements, create mockups, user workflows, do user research, and provide feedback to constantly improve our product. You will be part of the full product development cycle, from strategic user decisions to pixel-perfect design delivery.
