A manufacturing company is seeking a Production Operator for the Cleveland area. The role involves setting up and operating production equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a 3rd shift position with potential for full-time conversion.
Qualifications

Production Operator, Cleveland Ohio
Hiring 3rd shift, 10:00pm - 6:30am, Sunday - Thursday, Overtime after 40 hours, unpaid lunch break. Might train on different shift.
As a Production Operator, at *** Cleveland, OH plant, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them.
- Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment.
- Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions.
- Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
- Repair and clean the equipment when needed. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Must be clean shaven.
- Potential to convert to full-time.
