Job summary
A manufacturing company in Willenhall is seeking a Machine Operator for a permanent position. The role involves operating press and feeding machines, performing quality checks, and doing paperwork. Ideal candidates will have experience in factory settings and may have backgrounds in plastic injection moulding or CNC operations. The job offers structured afternoon shifts, with opportunities for training to advance into a Press Setter role. Pay is £12.21 per hour.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Machine Operator; factory/machine operator experience is an advantage.
- Background in manufacturing and production is beneficial.
- Experience with power presses, plastic injection moulding, or CNC operating is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Operate press machines and feeding machines, as well as packing.
- Perform quality checks and basic paperwork.
- Work afternoons as scheduled.
- Opportunity to become a Press Setter with training for the right candidate.
Skills
Machine Operator. Genuine opportunity for permanent employment. Hours of work: 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 12:30pm to 5:30pm on Friday. Pay: £12.21 per hour. Based in Willenhall.
