- Handling all inbound leads and converting interest into confirmed bookings for coaching events
- Making 150-200 outbound calls daily to previous enquirers and warm leads to secure additional bookings
- Upselling event packages to maximise attendance and revenue
- Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients to foster trust and long‑term loyalty
- Following up on past attendees and previous clients to drive repeat bookings
- Maintaining accurate records of all client communications and contact details
- Responding quickly and professionally to new and existing client queries
- Previous telesales or phone‑based sales experience is essential
- A clear, confident, and engaging phone voice
- Someone who loves being on the phone and talking to people all day
- A positive, enthusiastic, and energetic approach to sales
- Highly self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic — no slouches here!
- Experience in upselling or managing pipelines is a plus
