Job summary
A reputable service provider in Nottingham is seeking a Telesales Executive for an office-based role. This position offers a mix of outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and may come from a customer service or sales background. Training is provided, and there is potential for career progression into field sales or key account management.

The Role of Telesales Executive
- This is an office based telesales role work as part of a dynamic sociable team.
- Office hours are 8am-5pm
- You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- This role is a mixture of business development outbound calls as well as handling incoming enquires.
- You will be tasked with making calls from the company's CRM system approaching small to medium sized customers selling commercial waste service contracts.
- This is an entry / early career role where the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from full training
- As Telesales Sales Executive you will make out bound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses) uncovering customer needs and selling the features and benefits
- You will use your relationship building skills to development relationships with decision makers who are typically business owners / managers.
- You will be provided customer details via a CRM which will will use to help organise you and update accordingly.
