Location: Accrington and surrounding areas

Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped commission

The role of the Telesales Executive - Roofing & Building Products will involve:

1. Telesales Executive position selling a high quality range of manufactured roof, wall and floor building products such as: eaves ventilation, dry fix products, brick/cavity ventilation, waterproofing, membranes, liquid roofing, loft hatches & access panel products in the commercial and domestic market sectors.
2. Selling into national & independent merchants.
3. Orders can vary from £500 - £20,000 depending on the merchants.
4. Responsible for generating sales leads via outbound calls.
5. Maintain and develop both new and existing customer relationships.
6. Keep in touch with existing customers and reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts.
7. Hands-on product knowledge training via onsite manufacturing processes and programs.

The ideal applicant will be a Telesales Executive - Roofing & Building Products with:

1. Must have 1 year + outbound sales experience.
2. Must be confident picking up the phone and calling customers.
3. Ideally experience within the roofing sector; however, this is not essential.
4. Experience selling into the merchant channels highly advantageous.
5. Customer orientated and focused.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Personable, friendly demeanour.
8. Energetic, resilient, hardworking, organised and confident.
9. Computer and Microsoft Office literate.
