Salary: £45,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the telesales team to consistently exceed targets
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Drive new business acquisition and upselling opportunities
