A leading car finance brokerage in Manchester is seeking a Telesales Manager to oversee and support a telesales team. You will manage inbound and outbound sales, drive team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction from enquiry to handover. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, preferably within the motor trade, and strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent earning potential on target earnings of £60,000 is offered, along with opportunities for long-term progression in a supportive working environment.

- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- Strong communication and motivational skills necessary.
- Ability to manage workloads and support team performance.
- A full UK driving licence is required.

Our client is offering the successful Telesales Manager on Target Earnings of £60,000.
