ROLE: PE Cover Supervisor

Location: Newcastle

Pay: £100 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Daily Supply, Long-Term

GSL Education is looking for a PE Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic school in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience while keeping students engaged in physical activity.

The Role of a PE Cover Supervisor:

1. Deliver pre-planned PE lessons in the absence of the teacher
2. Manage student behaviour and keep lessons on track
3. Encourage participation in sports and physical activities
4. Support the school's sports curriculum and promote teamwork
5. Step in for general classroom cover when needed

What We're Looking For in a PE Cover Supervisor:

1. Experience in sports coaching, PE instruction, or working with young people
2. A degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
3. Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills
4. Passion for promoting physical well-being and teamwork
