The exciting Trainee Travel Consultant role is ideal for a sales driven professional with outbound sales experience looking for a career in the travel industry.

1. Selling and creating luxury tailormade cruises, hotels and other travel products across the globe for clients.
2. Identify sales opportunities and close sales over the phone.
3. Building long-term relationships with luxury cruise customers.
4. Providing knowledge on cruises to clients along with prices and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, onboard credits.
5. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training to ensure use of appropriate sales techniques and use of accurate information communicated to potential guests.
6. Provide information to assist guests about cruise ships, destinations, itineraries, and policies.

1. Outbound sales experience is essential.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Meticulous attention to detail.
4. Happy to work hybrid basis in London.
