A growing luxury travel company is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Reservations Consultant to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a travel professional with expertise in high-end destinations, particularly the Caribbean or Indian Ocean, to craft bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients.

The Role
The Luxury Travel Reservations Consultant will be responsible for designing and booking tailor-made travel packages, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from start to finish. Working within a supportive and dynamic team, they will provide expert advice, build strong client relationships, and deliver a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creating bespoke, high-end travel itineraries with a focus on luxury destinations
2. Providing expert guidance, particularly on Caribbean and Indian Ocean travel
3. Managing the full booking process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
4. Maximizing sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service
5. Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

The Ideal Candidate

1. Proven experience in luxury travel reservations or sales
2. Strong knowledge of the Caribbean or Indian Ocean (highly advantageous)
3. A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
