HR Adviser

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HR professional with relevant experience to support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the trust.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior HR Advisor and will ideally have experience of working in a generalist HR role in an education environment. You will be responsible for providing a human resources function within a hub of schools/services.
Children are at the heart of everything we do, this is what drives and shapes the work we do. You will share the same passion and commitment to delivering excellent HR services.
This is a great opportunity for someone with child or caring commitments as there is not a requirement to work in school holidays.
Key responsibilities
Salary: £32,076 - £39,186 Full time equivalent. Actual salary is £28,804 - £35,189 per annum. Salary will be determined by relevant experience.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Required as soon as possible
Location: Trust wide, West Midlands (travel between sites will be required)
