Job Description

  1. Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  1. A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of employment law.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR systems and databases (Bright HR and/or Oracle)
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  7. Experience in implementing and delivering people engagement strategies and initiatives.
  8. Experience in talent management, succession planning and career development frameworks.
