Job description

TaylorMade is a leading Golf manufacturer based in leafy Basingstoke. Our products are enjoyed globally and our brand synonymous with innovation, outstanding athletes, and ground-breaking technology.

People are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re now searching for a Part Time HR Coordinator to join the team and provide support to the HR department by completing various coordinative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR operations.

This role is part time, 20 hours per week with a requirement to work in the office on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

A snapshot of the day-to-day role:
  1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, shortlisting and conducting reference checks.
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
  3. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork.
  4. Support the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to employee enquiries.
  5. Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and training sessions.
  6. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
  7. Assist with monitoring sickness absence, holiday entitlements, right to work and benefit contributions.
  8. Provide general HR administrative support including filing, data entry, and answering queries.
What we are seeking…
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
  2. Experience of working in an HR Coordinator position.
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  4. Proficiency using HR software (Workday advantageous) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
