Job description

Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant – An experienced Entertainment/VIP consultant is required to work for this Global Travel Management Company on a prestigious music account. 2 days per month in the London office, travel paid for. Up to 39k plus benefits. Must come from an entertainment or VIP business travel background.


Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant Duties

  1. Working on one dedicated high profile account booking worldwide travel for the artists, finding the client the most cost effective, most convenient travel options available.
  2. To be able to work on site at client offices 1 day per month and attend meetings when required plus one day at the TMC's offices per month.
  3. Booking all flights and accommodation using Sabre.
  4. Arranging online check in, meet and greet, lounge access etc.
  5. Liaising with hotels to ensure clients' special requests are met.
  6. Assisting with booking groups when required.
  7. Carry out all changes, amendments, cancellations, and invoicing.

Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant Skills Required

  1. Previous business travel experience within Entertainment or corporate VIP is a must.
  2. Problem solving with a process improvement approach.
  3. Strong GDS knowledge, ideally Sabre.
  4. Lover of the entertainment industry.

Additional Information

  1. Shifts between 8.30am and 7.30pm, could change to 8am to 8pm, 37.5 hours per week.
  2. 2 days a month in London, travel paid for.
  3. Benefits include 22 days holidays, birthday off, pension etc.
