Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an engineering team that's passionate about reliability, improvement, and doing things the right way. You'll be part of a major operation, but still given the room to make a real impact.

1. Carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
2. Getting stuck into root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future breakdowns
3. Delivering both short and long-term fixes to minimise downtime
4. Supporting production and fellow engineers with high-quality service
5. Recording downtime and actively seeking ways to reduce it

1. A multi-skilled engineer (electrically biased preferred) from a food, FMCG or manufacturing background
2. Solid experience with PPMs and maintenance in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong mechanical knowledge and a genuine interest in reliability improvements
