Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

3D Personnel are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an esteemed M&E client, based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and seasoned M&E Engineer with diverse expertise in both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance to become a part of the team.

The Key Duties of this role are:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete relevant documentation.
• Carry out all reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete relevant documentation.
• Be on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.
• Proactively reduce energy consumption on client sites.
• Supervision of visiting sub-contractors.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety policies.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level III or equivalent in relevant discipline (essential).
• Skilled in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering with the associated knowledge (essential).
• Good knowledge and experience of plumbing and sanitary ware, drainage systems, LPHW, pressure & ventilation systems, ACOPS L8 and cooling tower systems.
• Good knowledge and clear understanding of Electricity at Work safe working practices.
• Knowledge and experience in BMS, generator, controls and lighting systems.
• General Fabric Duties.
