Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

This isn't your typical static role. If you're bored working in the same quiet building every day, this one's for you - there's always something happening. It's an exciting place to work, but we still need someone calm, reliable, and steady under pressure.

The Role:
We're looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer with 18th Edition certification and strong PPM experience to maintain electrical systems across a vibrant, fast-paced site. You'll be working continental shifts (days and nights) and must be confident managing your own workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
  2. Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations (18th Edition).
  3. Responding to faults and service requests across retail and hospitality units.
  4. Supporting small installs and minor project works as needed.
  5. Keeping accurate records and working as part of a professional on-site team.

Requirements:
  1. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
  2. Proven experience in PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
  3. Must pass a DBS check (due to site access).
  4. Must be reliable and consistent - this role requires someone who isn't job-hopping or jumpy.
  5. Flexible to work continental shifts.

Nice to Have:
  1. Level 3 City & Guilds in Electrical Installations.
  2. 2391 Testing & Inspection.
  3. Multiskilled or fabric maintenance background.

Why You'll Love It:
  1. Work in a lively, ever-changing environment - far from boring.
  2. Join a stable, friendly engineering team.
  3. Great location, strong team culture, and career development.
