These roles are a full 180-recruitment positions where you will work with the owner to drive delivery, but also give insight on new business and growth.
About You:
We need an expert in their field working for this boutique agency who specializes in Nursing and Care. You will have extensive recruitment agency experience in recruiting for Marketing & Sales roles, or another professional services sector, with exposure to placing people in these industries.
The Role:
- MUST have at least 2 years 180 agency recruitment experience in Healthcare
- Exceptional communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Highly driven and self-motivated for success
- Confident and personal
- Professional and polished
- A keen, demonstrable interest in the Marketing sector!
- Excellent, in-depth training
- Close-knit, mature team with a brilliant support structure
