We are assisting a well-established Professional Services business and they are recruiting for a HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to join the business for a 1 Year fixed contract (likely to extend or go permanent), to start in early January 2025.
This role would be ideal for candidates looking for a career in HR and who have a minimum of one year's generalist HR exposure across the employee life cycle.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home (with flexibility).
Reporting into the HR Business Partner and providing support to c260 employees, the focus of the role is to provide generalist HR support to the business. The role will support across HR administration, coordinating recruitment, dealing with HR queries, L&D administration and HR reports. Key duties will include:
For this role, candidates will need to have exposure within a busy HR team and ideally be studying towards CIPD.
A confident and outgoing approach is required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with stakeholders across the business.
There is lots of scope to develop and take on more responsibility, and progression into a HR Advisor role - so they are looking for candidates who have a can-do attitude, are enthusiastic and can work on their own initiative.
