NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE DIRECTOR OF HRIS PROCESS AND INTEGRATION
The Director of HRIS Process and Integrations will oversee the strategic development, management, and optimization of all the company's HRIS processes and integrations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring that all HR systems and integrations support efficient business operations, data integrity, and compliance. The Director will manage a team of HRIS professionals focused on applications management, automation, business analysis, and master data management (MDM). Reporting to the AVP of HRIS Systems and Analytics, this position will play a key role in driving HRIS transformation initiatives and supporting the company's growth and innovation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of four direct reports, including the HRIS Applications Manager, HRIS Integrations and Automation/AI Analyst, HRIS Business Analyst, and HRIS MDM Manager.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- HRIS Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement efficient HRIS processes that streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve system functionality.
- Oversee the integration of new processes into existing HRIS systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to the business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR and other departments to identify and address process improvement opportunities.
- System Integrations and Automation:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of HR system integrations, ensuring data consistency and system interoperability.
- Partner with the HRIS Integrations and Automation/AI Analyst to identify opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative technologies to enhance HR processes.
- Ensure that all integrations meet business requirements and are in compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Project Management:
- Oversee HRIS projects from initiation to completion, including system upgrades, new system implementations, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the HRIS Business Analyst to ensure that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable system requirements.
- Data Governance and Compliance:
- Work closely with the HRIS MDM Manager to ensure that HR data is governed by company policies, focusing on data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards related to HR data and systems.
- Ensure all HRIS processes comply with privacy and data security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the HRIS team and other departments, ensuring alignment on HR system initiatives and projects.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure HRIS systems support broader business goals.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about the latest HRIS trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing improvements that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, data accuracy, and overall HR efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS management, with a focus on process improvement, integrations, and data governance.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and leading HRIS transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, such as ADP Workforce Now, and experience in system integrations and process optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and present findings to senior leadership.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation technologies, artificial intelligence, or machine learning as applied to HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in a multi-company or multi-state organization is a plus.

Salary: $90,000 to 95,000
This position is fully remote, salary commensurate with experience.
