Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Expert with a strong background in Human Resources processes and a specialisation in compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS solutions to streamline compensation programs and support the annual campaign, working closely with the Total Reward team as the main stakeholder.
The HRIS Compensation System Analyst will understand perfectly the compensation and benefits processes and requirements to be able to drive the system implementation done by their implementation partner Oracle.
The individual will provide functional support to the Total Reward team as well as local HR Specialists, incident management, release management/analysis, testing and training. He/She actively participates in projects and enhancements related to the HR systems, interfaces with the business and IT, gathers requirements from all countries, manages configuration changes with the implementation partner, creates reports, and is strong in analysis.
This is a transversal and evolving role, supporting multiple HR domains, including performance management, recruiting, and talent management, depending on the candidate's expertise and career aspirations.
The HRIS Senior Analyst will report to the HVC Global HRIS Transformation Director, Human Resources.
