A leading financial services firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives in Edinburgh, Stirling, or London. This role involves enhancing customer experiences and driving digital transformation. As Senior Project Manager, you will provide hands‑on leadership for complex digital and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that enhance customer experience and strengthen our digital capabilities. You will lead a team, setting the standard for delivery excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, and championing the use of modern delivery tools. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will translate strategic direction into tangible outcomes, with full ownership of delivery artefacts, governance, and reporting.
