(RW3041) Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom

Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 Per Annum (+ Uncapped commission)

They operate across a wide number of professionally biased sectors and have a motivated, dedicated and experienced workforce who are committed to delivering exceptional customer services. They hire consultative sellers who can develop long-term, sustainable relationships with their candidates and clients.

With a turnover of over £50m, they are large enough to win blue chip business but small enough to care about local business requirements.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be a motivated and career-focused consultant who is looking for an open-ended opportunity to progress.

The Role
  1. Recruiting within the fast-paced accountancy and finance market.
  2. Using marketing, business, social media, and competitor leads.
  3. Developing existing company contacts and a candidate database.
  4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  5. Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and considering candidates and shortlists.
  6. Consultative sales.
  7. Identifying and evaluating the recruitment needs of clients.
  8. Providing creative solutions to employers' recruitment issues.
  9. Negotiating fees and terms.
Skills Required:
  1. Excellent proven recruitment skills.
  2. The ability to communicate at all levels.
  3. Self-motivated, committed, ambitious, driven, career-minded, and confident.
  4. A proactive nature with the drive and determination to succeed.
  5. Target-driven with a positive attitude to providing exceptional service.
  6. An entrepreneurial approach and the ability to develop and nurture relationships.
