Front of House Receptionist
Our client is a fun and outgoing company who are looking for someone who is confident and passionate to join their team as a Front of House Receptionist at their offices in Salford Quays.
The ideal candidate will need strong customer service skills, have a confident telephone manner and enjoy a varied role.
- Ensure the communal areas are maintained to a high standard
- Meet and greet all visitors and clients
- Answer all incoming calls
- Handle all incoming post and deliveries
- Dealing with the meeting room requests
- Assist with ordering of refreshments
- Helping Facilities with any building maintenance queries
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House role is preferred
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
