Job description

Our client is a fun and outgoing company who are looking for someone who is confident and passionate to join their team as a Front of House Receptionist at their offices in Salford Quays.

The ideal candidate will need strong customer service skills, have a confident telephone manner and enjoy a varied role.

As a Front of House Receptionist your duties will include:
  • Ensure the communal areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Handle all incoming post and deliveries
  • Dealing with the meeting room requests
  • Assist with ordering of refreshments
  • Helping Facilities with any building maintenance queries
As a Front of House Receptionist you will have the following skills:
  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House role is preferred
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
