As an Electrical Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of HV installations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams, you’ll drive quality, optimise performance, and uphold strict health and safety regulations.

You need to either be a HV DNO or ICP Electrical Supervisor OR have DNO HV installation experience looking to progress (33kV and above).

What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee LV & HV electrical installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
2. Manage / oversee wiring, switchgear assembly, earthing, cabling, and commissioning of electrical systems.
3. Ensure adherence to regulations, including NRSWA and NJUG guidelines, while maintaining high safety standards.
4. Supervise subcontractors, review contracts, and manage project timelines and deliverables.

The Person:

1. Experience in a HV Supervisor or similar position OR DNO / ICP HV installation experience looking to progress.
2. Experience working around HV installations including switchgear, transformers, generators, substations, etc.
