I have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager - Employee Relations to join this forward-thinking organisation based in Stevenage.
You will be involved in the following:
Lead and drive the development and execution of a vision and strategy for Employee Relations (ER) resources that align with business and HR strategy and objectives.
Work with leadership and management team to develop and implement the ER Vision and strategy.
Develop and implement progressive employment procedures/policies, guidance and toolkits.
Review and evolve employment contracts.
Develop a programme to upskill managers.
You will need the following experience:
Leading and delivering substantial ER work packages/projects.
Developing and implementing ER Policies and Procedures.
Experience of developing/evolving Terms and conditions of employment.
In return, they offer a salary of £75-80,000 plus bonus, car allowance, and very good benefits.
