As a key member of the HR team, you’ll:

1. Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
2. Lead on performance, talent, and leadership development frameworks.
3. Be the go-to advisor for employee relations, change management, and HR policy.
4. Drive impactful initiatives in equity, diversity, wellbeing, and engagement.
5. Optimise HR systems and data to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
6. Support recruitment, workforce planning, and succession pipelines.
7. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee empowerment.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional.
2. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
3. Confident with HR systems (HRIS), data analysis, and digital tools.
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
5. Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

1. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
2. Experience with HR tech optimisation and compensation benchmarking tools
