Job description

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Business Partner (Housing) on a Contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of an excellent Human Resources provision to all directorates within the Council, with a particular focus on strategic HR Business Partner support for the Housing Division.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £24+ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Ensure the maintenance of current Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
  • Communicate the rollout of policies and guidelines effectively
  • Strategic support to directorates as requested by the Head of HR, including preparing DMT reports and attending DMTs

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • A full understanding of the current educational and political climate
  • Demonstrable record of achievement in employee relations, specifically complex casework and TUPE
  • Local Authority experience is essential
