Job description

My client, a globally recognised brand, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support across Operational HR, Talent Management, Development and Change.

Key accountabilities for the role: Interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables that offer commercial insight and value add solutions aligned to the overall company vision and their strategic priorities.

You will deliver the appropriate HR support in all areas, including employee relations, engagement, transformation, OD, talent management, succession planning, and development and leadership initiatives.

This is a fantastic role for an individual with comprehensive HR Business Partnering experience within a large, multi-disciplinary environment.

As an ideal fit for this position, you will have the following experience:

  • Worked as an HR Business Partner where coaching and developing individuals, teams, and functions to create high performing cultures has been a focus.
  • Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management, and Reward preferably in a unionised environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.
  • Trade Union experience.
  • High level influencing and communication skills.
