Job Description
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People Team based at our Head Office in Carlton Park, Leicester.
As the HR Business Partner, your role is partnering with the Support Office Leaders across our Head Office Functions; you will ensure that the People Plan is aligned to the People Strategy to support the delivery of the overall business strategy. Based in Leicester the role provides critical support to Support Office Teams, identifying themes and driving actions to support Retention, Engagement, Performance, Talent, DE&I and Organisation Design.

The new 75,000 square foot office is located just outside of Leicester city centre and is home to over 500 employees. Surrounded by 32 acres of woodlands with facilities such as a mini market, team lounges, a multi-faith room, and a parent room.
