Job Description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People Team based at our Head Office in Carlton Park, Leicester.

As the HR Business Partner, your role is partnering with the Support Office Leaders across our Head Office Functions; you will ensure that the People Plan is aligned to the People Strategy to support the delivery of the overall business strategy. Based in Leicester the role provides critical support to Support Office Teams, identifying themes and driving actions to support Retention, Engagement, Performance, Talent, DE&I and Organisation Design.

About You

  • Previous experience at a Business Partner level, working with Head Office functions
  • Partnering Heads of Department
  • Change management and culture change experience
  • Excellent influencing skills and a proven track record of working with/influencing Leaders of Leaders
  • Successful experience of managing and developing people towards high performance
