LOCATION: North Shields
CONTRACT TYPE: 37.5 hours, Permanent
SALARY: £35,000 per annum

Overview

To support these ambitious organisational plans and our newly launched 5 year People Strategy, we are seeking a driven and experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Business Partner. Following a recent review of our organisational structure to align with this strategy, we have evolved our HR Advisor role that we recently advertised into this more senior position to further support our strategic goals and people management practices.
About You
You will be a proactive and commercially aware HR professional with a strong understanding of best practice and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. You will be adept at translating business needs into effective HR strategies and providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
