Architectural Technician Job in East Grinstead West Sussex

A successful architectural firm in West Sussex has an Architectural Technician job now available. You'll work on high-rise projects in London, focusing on cladding and retrofit work.

Our client, a well-established architectural practice, is entering an exciting new phase of growth with a robust pipeline of projects. Their diverse portfolio encompasses residential, educational, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.

They are currently leading high-profile cladding remediation projects for multilevel buildings in London and managing a variety of retrofit projects across the UK. Due to this expansion, they are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team.

• Working on façade, cladding, and retrofit projects
• Production of planning and technical drawing packages
• Use Revit Proficiently
• Working as part of a team
• Developing design-led solutions to issues.

• Qualified Architectural Technician
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Experience with the use of Revit is essential
• Retrofit project experience beneficial
• Façade and cladding experience would be highly advantageous
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

• £30,000 - £40,000 salary depending on professional and sector experience
• Hybrid working one day a week
