Job description

Bennett and Game Recruitment are actively looking for an Architectural Technician to join a talented Architectural Practice based around Chelsea, London. This client specialises within the Residential sector. Projects include high-end residential developments ranging up to £8 million in value.

The successful Architectural Technician should have professional experience within high-end residential developments as well as proficiency with using AutoCAD. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing detailed and technical designs
  • Preparing tender and construction documentation
  • Liaising with clients and local authorities
  • Working predominately on high-end Residential London projects
  • Using AutoCAD on a daily basis
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant Degree Qualified; minimum 2 years professional experience
  • Professional experience within high-end Residential developments
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Living in or around the London area
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary; Up to £35,000 (DOE)
