Junior Architectural Technologist

Outstanding opportunity for a Junior or Graduate level Architectural Technologist to join a growing Architectural practice in Leicester, East Midlands.

The practice is small in size yet boasts an enviable client portfolio, predominantly focused on Residential work throughout the Midlands and wider UK, working with volume housebuilders.

Due to further growth plans within the office, the practice is seeking a Graduate or Junior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Leicester on a permanent basis. Working as part of a small team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technologist to gain experience in all RIBA stages and benefit from expert development from Seniors within the practice.

The ideal Graduate or Junior Architectural Technologist for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:

1. Exceptional oral & written communication skills.
2. Show genuine passion and interest in the Architecture industry as a whole.
3. Self-motivated and driven.

Required qualifications and experience of the Junior Architectural Technologist as follows:

1. A degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related field.
2. Some in practice experience would be preferred, with Residential sector work being ideal. However, Graduates will also be considered.
3. Software proficiency in AutoCAD.

A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful Graduate or Junior Architectural Technologist, and is likely to be in the region of £24,000-£27,000 per annum dependent on experience.
