Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding architecture practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to assist on projects across a range of sectors for their team based in Huddersfield.

To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need to have completed your RIBA part 1 qualification and have relevant experience working as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a UK-based architectural practice. The successful individual will be competent with Revit and be able to demonstrate their experience within the residential sector.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the Role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Relevant experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
• Completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
• Experience with industry-standard software such as Revit
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong passion for architecture and the built environment
• UK driving license
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live locally within the Huddersfield area
