About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to be part of a team that values innovation, sustainability, and design excellence. As an Architectural Assistant, you'll work on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale residential developments to unique one-off homes and mixed-use urban spaces. You will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the design process and develop your skills as an Architectural Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting senior architects in the design and development of projects as an Architectural Assistant.
• Producing architectural drawings, 3D visualisations, and presentations.
• Supporting masterplanning and feasibility studies for residential developments.
• Engaging with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
• Preparing planning and building regulations applications.
• Contributing to the design of high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes.

What We're Looking For
• A Part 2 qualification (ARB accredited).
• A passion for residential architecture, urban design, and high-quality placemaking.
• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
