The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for managing and organising the implementation of a Data Protection Strategy within the business. The role is essential in ensuring that our organisation complies with all UK GDPR requirements. As the DPO, you will update and maintain a data protection strategy. The DPO will protect employees from privacy breaches, fraud, and security threats.
The DPO will report directly to senior management and is granted full independence to perform their tasks. You will be involved in all issues related to the protection of personal data. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that resources are allocated appropriately to perform all tasks in line with UK GDPR compliance.
