Role Profile

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following duties:

• Inputting lodgement data into Trustmark with high accuracy.
• Verifying and cross-referencing data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Maintaining and updating project databases.
• Generating reports and summaries from the data entered.
• Collaborating with Retrofit Co-Ordinators, Advisors and Contract Managers and other team members to gather necessary information.
• Ensuring data is entered in compliance with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
• Identifying and correcting data entry errors.
• Managing electronic and paper files related to the project.
• Assisting in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
• Providing administrative support to the project team as required.
• Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data.
• Participating in training sessions to stay updated on Trustmark requirements and data entry best practices.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desirable

• Knowledge of construction projects.
• Familiarity with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
• Experience with Trustmark or similar data management systems.
• Basic understanding of retrofit projects.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
