A health organization is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join their Aseptic Services team. You will assist in the aseptic preparation of various medicinal products, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety regulations. In this role, you'll work within a supportive team environment while receiving extensive training and development opportunities. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our Aseptic Services team. You will play a vital role in the pre-production, assembly and post-production stages of aseptically prepared medicines, helping us deliver a safe, timely and high-quality service for patients across ABUHB.
Working in cleanroom environments, you will support the manufacture of a range of aseptic products including cytotoxic medicines, TPN, and IV additives, all in accordance with GMP, Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
You willsupport stock management, use pharmacy computer systems, and help maintain the safe and effective operation of the production unit.
You will be part of a skilled, supportive team delivering essential, life-impacting medicines. Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop skills in aseptic production, quality systems and technical services.
