Architectural Technician/ Technologist

Anderselite is collaborating with a sector-specialist practice in Warwickshire that, due to a strong project pipeline and continued success, is seeking Architectural Technicians/Technologists with expertise in the commercial/leisure sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop design proposals and technical solutions/specifications.
2. Provide professional expertise and support throughout all project stages.

Skills & Experience:

1. MCIAT registered or several years of post-qualification experience.
2. Strong technical expertise, demonstrated through a well-presented portfolio.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations.
6. Experience in the commercial sector is essential (leisure experience is a plus).
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required (SketchUp experience is beneficial).
