Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Document all work performed, as required by appropriate manuals and regulations.
- Conduct complete engine runs as required.
- Perform complex repairs on aircraft systems.
- Supervise Mechanics during maintenance tasks and ensure relevant tasks or inspections meet the required standard.
- Return aircraft to service after line maintenance.
- Perform maintenance at off-site locations.
- Assist in providing time estimates.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License: B1 or/and B2 and/or C.
- You have up-to-date basic knowledge requirements of Appendix I to Part-66.
- You have basic knowledge of Part-145 and any other relevant regulations.
- You have been involved in at least 6 months of actual relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience in any consecutive 2-year period.
- You have knowledge of and practice human factors.
- You have knowledge of EWIS and CDCCL.
- You have experience working in the last two years on at least one aircraft type for each license (sub)category.
- You are current on all training requirements (recurrent/continuation training: HF, EWIS, CDCCL, DG, etc.).
- You have the ability to interpret and work with engineering documentation.
- You can effectively communicate in both written and verbal form regarding individual tasks and/or aircraft status.
- You have the ability to use standard tools, special tools, and operate ground support equipment.
- You possess interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with assigned employees, other business areas, contractors, and customers.
- You must be able to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
- You must have the ability to travel extensively to support our customers throughout Europe.
- Experience on business jet aircraft is preferred.
