We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Specialist to join our DSP Operations team in the Greater Paris area. In this role, you will support day-to-day transportation activities, ensuring smooth delivery station operations and a high level of service to our customers. You will work closely with DSPs, station managers, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support delivery station operations across multiple locations.
- Partner with DSPs to ensure compliance with JD Logistics’ safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Monitor route planning, driver dispatch, and on-road execution.
- Escalate and troubleshoot transportation or delivery issues in real time.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting on DSP performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety policies at all times.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or operations.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel across multiple delivery stations in Greater Paris.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with data analysis.
- Experience working with delivery providers, carriers, or last-mile operations.
- Knowledge of transportation compliance, safety, and labor regulations.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools.
