The Global Transportation Team is looking for his/her future Supply Chain Transportation Assistant M/W to support the implementation of SLA with Outdoor performance Brands.

Your missions will be to assist with the coordination of SLA construction:

1. Collect feedback from main stakeholders from D&T and Brands
2. Participate in meeting reviews / Support animation of workshops
3. Contribute to design SLA documents based on defined template
4. Act as an interface between different internal departments
5. Support administrative tasks according to the instructions of the Transportation leader
6. Maintain and update Operations process documentation
7. Ensure smooth flow of communication between all parties
8. Test and conduct live implementation via monthly or quarterly reviews

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or equivalent

Specific Skills:

1. Good redactional skills (Words)
2. Organizational talent
3. Autonomous and proactive
4. Good communication skills and team spirit
5. Language(s): Excellent standard of English (BILINGUAL) is a must, good standard of French is a plus
6. IT skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack (Word and Power Point mainly)
