CHEF DE RANG H / F

We are looking for Chef(s) de Rang to join the 5

Contract length is variable from seasonal to yearly.

The high season in Dubai is from September to May.

Regular week: 48 hours per week (including duty meals)

Different F&B outlets:

• Michelin Star Portuguese restaurant Tasca
• The Japanese Steakhouse Netsu
• The Mediterranean restaurant The Bay
• The Noor / Club Lounge

Salary: Salaries work with a fixed base + service charge + tips and are free of tax.

Housing: is provided for me in a shared flat with the following free equipment:

• Wifi
• 24 / 7 security
• Gym
• Recreation areas
• Rooftop terrace

Transportation from housing to the hotel is provided for free 24 / 7.

Additional Benefits: Medical insurance included for free and in-house training.

Flights are paid for by the Mandarin Oriental.
